Obama Appeals to All Mothers to Go Back To School and Gives $10,000 Scholarships For Free!

imageA lot of mothers out there never had the chance to get a college degree especially those who got married and had kids at a young age. A college degree is never at the top of the list of priorities when you have kids to raise and send to school. Their education must come first before a mother can dream of having a college degree of her own. Most mothers do not have the time or the money to send them to college but all that is about to change with President Obama’s scholarship for women program.
The Obama administration is well aware that the primary obstacle that hinders most women from getting a college degree is the lack of money. The program offers up to $10,000.00 scholarship grants that are now available to help women return to school. It could pay for their tuition, supplies and everything else that is needed. What is great about this program is that President Obama’s scholarship grant is absolutely interest-free. There is no need to pay it back.
Women with small children are encouraged to take online courses. A lot of universities offer such programs nowadays. By taking online classes, the mothers can take care of their children and at the same time get a college degree. With this program a lot of women will be given the chance to pursue their dreams. Armed with a college degree mothers will be able to provide a better future for their children. Women with college degrees will definitely get better jobs and earn more money. Any woman out there who has the desire to get a college degree should apply for as many scholarships as possible.

Does anyone know of where I can find scholarships for African American students?

I am of course an african american student (12 grade) looking to go to college. The thing is, my parents have the money to send me to college, but it is pretty expensive seeing as I have a twin brother going off to college as well. It would help if i could put some money up to alleviate some of the financial stress. Does anyone know of any non-need based scholarships for african americans like myself? I am in desperate need! Thanks!
