I am working at two places. First place I get only 10 hours in a week. Second place I get 12 hours in a week @ 8.00 per hour.
I am completely broke. I am behind three months in my mortgage, I am not able to pay tuition fee of my daughter. I dont have money for grocery for my home.
The grant we are looking for would be for about $10,000 to $20,000- to install only the panels, the rest is still intact. For a musuem with limited resources, we are willing to be sponsored/partner with companies.
It all comes from our taxes, and it all goes to the poor. What is the difference?

They do not have to be citizens, they own nothing when their done..and can return to their countries.
